For most of the year the condo is available for long-term rentals as long as weekly guests have not already booked times. Please check the calendar or email us for availability. Monthly rental rates are as follows:
January or February: $4500
March or April: $5500
May - August: Request a quote
September or October: $6000
November or December: $5000
The condo is also available for more or less than a month at a time, and for mid-month periods (for example between Feb 13th and Mar 13th), at corresponding rates. PRICES INCLUDE ALL TAXES AND FEES. Please email us for a quote: earlbeachcondo@gmail.com. We will be happy to hear from you!
